Option 1: Direct-to-Film (DTF) — Best for Low Quantities & Full Color

DTF requires zero setup fees, making it perfect for the 1–11 unit range.

  • 1–5 pcs: $22.00 per print side + blank garment cost

  • 6–11 pcs: $16.50 per print side + blank garment cost

  • 12–23 pcs: $11.00 per print side + blank garment cost

  • 24–71 pcs: $8.50 per print side + blank garment cost

  • 72+ pcs: $6.50 per print side + blank garment cost

Option 2: Custom Embroidery — Best for Corporate & Premium Outerwear

Embroidery has a one-time "Digitizing Fee" for the logo, but allows 1-piece minimums.

  • Setup Fee: $35.00 one-time digitizing fee (Waived at 24+ pieces).

  • 1–5 pcs: $18.00 per placement + blank garment cost

  • 6–11 pcs: $14.00 per placement + blank garment cost

  • 12–23 pcs: $9.50 per placement + blank garment cost

  • 24–71 pcs: $7.00 per placement + blank garment cost

  • 72+ pcs: $5.00 per placement + blank garment cost

Option 3: Traditional Screen Printing — Best for Bulk Orders

Screen printing has high fixed setup costs (screens/films). We allow 1-piece orders, but the setup fees inherently push small orders toward DTF unless the customer specifically requests screen ink.

  • Setup Fee: $30.00 per color/screen + $15 film positive fee.

  • Base Print Cost (per color): * 1–11 pcs: $6.00 per shirt/per color

    • 12–23 pcs: $3.50 per shirt/per color

    • 24–71 pcs: $2.25 per shirt/per color

    • 72+ pcs: $1.50 per shirt/per color
